Personalized Group Web-Page for Hilton Reservations

For our clients hosting a block of guest rooms for their friends and family members that would like to stay over, the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax will create a Personalized Group Web-Page or POG that will be an easy way for each attendee to make their reservations.

Each client should select one of the banners featured below. Close-ups are available to view in Catherine's office.

Each client can also supply a digital
file photo that is 300 pixels wide x 300 pixels high, 30K or less file size and with extension .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif.

Give us about a week and we will send you a link to your very own reservations page!

Ready for Happily Ever After: Betty and Ed, September 20, 2009

I've rarely worked with a couple so full of life an energy as Betty and Ed - they are really two people who know what they want out of life and will stop at nothing to get it! When you look at the pictures, you can see the pure joy all over their faces!

The wedding day itself was perfect! Sunny and mild, the weather seemed to have as much joy for Ed and Betty as they had themselves! The garden was in full late summer bloom!

After a late afternoon garden ceremony, Betty and Ed took time out for a few photos in the garden while their guests moved into the cocktail reception.

They moved into the Providence Ballroom for dinner and dancing. You can see Ed and Betty making their grand entrance followed by their first dance.

After cutting the cake, Betty and Ed danced the night away! As you can see, it was quite a lively party!

Best wishes to Ed and Betty for continued love and joy!

Spring comes to the Garden Patio! Garden Report March 29, 2010

Here is just a little taste of the beauty I see each day this week in the Garden Patio. We have replaced the winter cabbages with some bright, smiling pansies and the trees have thousands of pink and white blossoms. Spring has finally arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax!

Nara and Wan: October 3, 2009 Beautiful ceremony, reception and Thailand honeymoon

Nara had an eye for the elegant and with a perfect fall day, she was able to realize her dream.

For their outside ceremony, Nara and Wan elected to use the drape as their backdrop instead of the lattice panels.

They also took some photos around the garden, some including the bridal party.

As you can see, for Nara and Wan, it was a day surrounded by their friends, family and lots of love!

After a wardrobe change, they departed under the glow of sparklers to make their way to lush and beautiful Thailand. As you can see, they seem to be having a great time.

Best wishes to Nara and Wan for a lifetime of happiness!

Sorry for the absence!

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience in between posts! In addition to being extremely busy gearing up for an exciting 2010 and 2011 wedding season, I've also just completed a major "retagging" project. Blog entries are now searchable by "tags" including months, colors, particular vendors, specific banquet rooms, and contents such as "placecards" and "lighting effects". Look for a list of these tags along the left hand column. I hope that you find this blog to be a more useful planning tool now that it's completed.
