A few interesting updates!

I'm making a few enhancements to this blog and wanted to call your attention to the changes:

2. I have added a link to my page at Examiner.com for more event planning tips not necessarily related to the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax. Please feel free to check it out!

3. I have added a button to the left hand column for MissNowMrs.com which is an easy on-line name change service - the only one of it's kind currently operating in this country. I've checked it out personally and am adding my endorsement of this inexpensive and very convenient web-site.

Everything was Glowing for Karen and John! April 25, 2009

Karen and John had a beautiful ceremony at their church and then traveled to the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax for a luncheon reception.

Here is Karen with her daughter Tavia outside the church after the ceremony.

They paused for some photos in the garden while their guests enjoyed the punch reception.

Inside the Prosperity Ballroom, everything was ready for their grand entrance.

I love these cute honey jar favors!

The guests enjoyed a lavish buffet luncheon and then it was time for dancing and cake!

Everyone had a great time!

Rainy days bring lots of changes in the garden: June 5, 2009

I braved the rain last Friday to bring you some updated garden pictures. You will notice that the patio is still damp! But, I'm so thrilled at the way everything is flowering and the vines are starting to trail that I just had to share! Enjoy!
